“What should I have for breakfast?” is my 9th illustration for this month.
“Eat your breakfast. It’s the most important meal of the day!” or “breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper“..Why do parents keep on saying it?
Food is our gas of life, the nutritious substance we absorb in order to maintain life and growth.
But with the variety that is offered nowadays on breakfast : I, who is multicultural since I’m half sudanese, half filipino & kind of Lebanese [I was born in Lebanon], tend to mix stuff, sometimes choose bad and get really confused.

These days, most of us tend to skip “breakfast” for many reasons :
● loose weight faster
● don’t have time
● don’t like breakfast
So here you can find some suggestions on new easy ways of cooking and enjoying breakfast.It’s worth it !
But remember you don’t have to eat too much and neither little, just moderately along with some daily exercises [at least 30 minutes per day] and drink lots of fluids😀.
